Have you seen the sky today? Deep orange light at mid day, cyan blue shadows, and the sun is blotted out. Drive safe, it’s going to be an interesting day.
Can we get some pictures for those of us not in Utah? That’s weird..
It doesn’t capture well on camera, I tried a few times. It’s just as much how it *feels* as it is how it looks.

likonan asked: Makkon, you are the human Braeburn! :)
vinyltrance asked: Are you going to Anime Banzai this year at all? (yes, I know it's a random question)
janime6 asked: I have a rather simple question, maybe you've answered it before. How do you pronounce Makkon? "Make-on" or "Mac-on" are the two I'm getting out of it.

Hey guys, there was a passage on Jesus saying that Leviticus was to be ignored, what was it again? For his reference.
Leviticus was unethical and ridiculous, anyway.
Why is Leviticus kept in the Bible if Jesus said not to pay...

Think you're popular?
drdissonance:
makkon:
You’re not, because you’re not great.
But I am, because I’m great.
So shush your bum and lick my string VSTs.
Wait, what???
Funny. I know your IP, cgeyeguy.
winterwarning replied to your post: Think you’re popular?
So where do us “unpopular fans of the unpopular people” stand?
Since we’ve established that popularity isn’t that important, it pretty much makes us equals. We all have many things in common, and love for music is one of them. The point I was making is that it’s not worth striving to be popular. That’s like...
Stars In Autumn: Think you're popular? →
starsinautumn:
Saying that someone should not try to achieve something because they pretty much have no chance of achieving it is kind of a terrible thing to say.
I agree on the whole “Be humble when you achieve fame” thing but the message you send across to me is, “You’re not as big as you think, so stop trying to achieve popularity”. Well, for some people, this is a big motivator. Taking...
Lavender Harmony: I think the point is →
lavenderharmony:
It’s not to strive to be popular, it should be your main goal, like it is for other very spotlighted musicians as Makkon mentioned. Gaining a niche following of dedicated fans who adore your music for what it is and nothing else is more important and more fulfilling than appealing to large amounts…
This is the point I was trying to make, thank you Lavender! Sometimes my...
nytmayr asked: Out of the songs that you have produced, which would you say is your favorite?
micthemicrophone asked: Being well-known in anything is just a gigantic double-edged sword. Most of the people trying to make it big just want to throw their junk around in people's faces if/when they make it big. It's just shallow and no love goes in to the music. Besides, I doubt a lot of them would be able to handle being well-known. I sure as hell barely can. :/
im-alex-s asked: To be fair, those kids (jbiebs and rebecca omega) have infamy which is, if you think about it, pretty bad. Known, yet hated. Fame and infamy are different things. But yeah you're still right tho, no doubt. We're still little pigeons on the internet poopin' around with computers.
paladinmusic replied to your post: Think you’re popular?
The wonderful thing about cult-popularity on this small scale is that you guys can actually interact with nearly all of your fans. JBiebs and Ms. Black don’t have that luxury, nor do I think they would enjoy it.
This is very true, so it is best to appreciate all of the feedback you do get.
Just don’t turn it into a contest...
Think you're popular?
Doesn’t matter how many subscribers you have. Views are meaningless. Comments on your tracks? Barren in comparison.
No matter how big you get in the fandom, you’re not even a tiny fraction as popular as Justin Bieber or Rebecca Black.
So don’t bother trying to make it big in the brony-musician scene. We’ve already all lost the popularity contest. Just make music...

startrotter asked: What is the meaning of life? Is their some specific reason for it or has it no reason? If it has no reason, then is it truly a bad thing?
sweatshirted asked: People are warped, broken, twisted creatures. I'm glad someone sees the good in them.
timbaer asked: What inspires you?
